At SnapWIP, our mission is simple: to make jobsite documentation easy and stress-free. We’re here to help builders and contractors stay organized and collaborate in real-time, so they can focus on what they do best, building and creating.
Our story
SnapWIP was founded in 2023 with a clear purpose. We experienced firsthand how disorganized photo documentation could lead to lost time, frustration and liability. After wrestling with group chats, messy Google Drive folders and phones overloaded with jobsite photos, we knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a solution for property management very quickly grew into a tool tailored for contractors and trades, with a focus on simplicity and ease of use.

But mighty! Our remote team spans four time zones, each of us wearing multiple hats to support our customers. Whether it’s coding, testing or meeting with customers face-to-face, we’re hands-on in everything we do.

We’re not about having 100 features you don’t need, we’re about mastering the 10 critical ones you use every day.
