What does a demo involve?
Our demos are live, one-on-one video calls (at your desk or via smartphone wherever you are) with our friendly team.
It'll typically take around 25 minutes of your time, and it's a great way to find out if SnapWIP is a good fit for you, see how it all works and address any questions you may have.
What happens after my free trial?
At the conclusion of your trial, your credit card on file will be charged according to the plan and payment frequency you've selected, so you can keep work in progress.
You can cancel your auto-pay anytime and you'll still have access until the end of your trial.
Do you offer a free plan?
No, our plans start at $99/month, but you can try any plan free for 7 days.
What is your cancellation policy?
We don't have long term contracts* so you can cancel anytime right up until your next payment date.
*Enterprise customers may lock in multi-year contracts at their choosing.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You'll be able to export all your photos and carry on without SnapWIP, we're not going to hold anything hostage.
We'll even hang onto everything in your account - photos, users, comments, chats, etc. for up to one year in case you change your mind later, and you'll also get a reminder before we delete any of your data.
